Any item must be returned to ourselves within 14 working days from receipt

All items must be returned on an insured and signed for service for your own safety

All items will incur a 20% restocking fee

Buyer will be responsible for posting fees for the return

Bedding Items cannot be returned

All returns MUST be cleared by us before hand; and returned with a returns code
