MULTI BUYS
Postage discounts are available on purchases made in one transaction and dispatched together, separate transactions will incure a 20p charge to cover PayPal fixed fees.
Items may be dispatched in separate packets to keep postage costs down, this is due to Royal Mail weight and package size bands.
Smaller/lighter items should be calculated automatically so you can go ahead with your payment.
When purchasing larger/heavier items please contacted us for a combined invoice.
To avoid delays the best way to do this is to click on 'Pay Now' after commiting to buy your last item or on one of your items in 'My eBay' this will take you to a page to review your purchases, click on the link 'Request total from seller' to send us an email to let us know you have finished your shopping.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment, this may not be possible at busy times.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to confirm return details. Items must not be returned without prior contact.
If the item is faulty we will refund the postage costs for you to return it and exchange the item or refund full payment. If an item is being returned for exchange due to incorrect ordering or change of mind, items must be returned unused. We will replace like for like free of charge but will require postage costs to re-send the replacement item/s.
Postage will not be refunded if the goods are not faulty. |
