Please note: We are pleased to accept returns if the packaging and goods are returned to us in a “as new” condition. Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it and the reason why.
There are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including: CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidly such as food and flowers tailor-made or personalised goods underwear and earrings.
We will then send details of your returns number and where to send it. Once received, we will credit your account for the cost of the item returned, minus the outward delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return postage back to us.
