DELIVERY
Once payment for an item has been cleared, we aim to despatch the goods within 2 working days. An e-mail will update you of despatch. Using royal mail recorded delivery, delivery should then reach you within 1-2 working days. If you have not received your goods within this time frame, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. If goods despatched from us are lost in post, we will arrange refund to the buyer.
RETURNS
For online purchases we offer a 7 day refund policy (less p&p). Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with tags still on (if sold as such). For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of briefs, thongs, swimsuits or bikinis unless faulty.
When goods are received by us, we will arrange refund using the original method of payment.
