Terms and Conditions
This is very simple - We send you the goods, once we have received your payment via your credit or debit card through PayPal. If you are not happy, return the goods to us within 10 days and we will credit your card as soon as we receive them.
Privacy Policy
So we can send you your goods, we are only given the details you input onto Ebay. We will send you a confirmation email stating that we have received your request and the items you have ordered. If we do not have the item in stock then this will be the only time we contact you to advise you.
We will not pass or sell your details to any third party for marketing purposes as we know how annoying this can be. We will not bombard you with brochures or emails either.
Delivery
We send all our items through Royal Mail 1st Class. We will dispatch your goods to you within 24 hours of receiving your payment. We charge from £1.75 to £2.95 for postage and packing. Your goods come is plain grey bags so they are very discreet and no-one will know what you have purchased. We will not state on the package any information stating who it is from, only your name and address details will be on it. You will receive an invoice with your order stating what you have bought – the colour, size etc and most importantly how much it cost.
Exports/Imports
We do not import or export our goods from or to other countries.
