Returns Policy
All your purchases have a 7 day money back guarantee. If you decide to cancel your order, you will need to do this by email, if the goods have already been shipped the return of the item is at the expense of the buyer. On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the cost within usually 2-3 working days from receipt. Cost of postage for the returned goods will be borne by the customer as we cannot arrange collections for unwanted goods. All our our items carry a warranty for domestic use only and any buyer wishing to use for commercial purposes will render the warranty as void. There are no exceptions to this warranty.
Damaged or faulty goods MUST be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery and a photo of any damage must be emailed to us at online4discounts@btinternet.com once we receive the photos we will ship replacement parts only, in the event of a replacement not being available within 21 days we will offer a refund upon return of the goods in their original packaging.
Please ensure you sign for all goods as DAMAGED or UNCHECKED as in the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit we are unable to claim for your loss.
Once you assemble an item we are unable to accept any returns, goods should be checked for any damage or missing parts before assembly begins.
