--For specific postage and handling charges see each item listed, but generally multiple-purchase items may benefit from reduced charges if they can be packaged together. Please wait for my invoice before paying for multiple purchases in order to benefit from these economies.

I usually quote prices for first class UK and airmail overseas. I do not recommend second class UK or surface mail overseas.

--Payment should be by paypal, or by cheque in £GBP drawn on a UK Bank, or by UK Postal Order. Overseas Customers have sometimes found it possible to get Bankers Cheques drawn in £GBP from UK Banks with branches overseas, and various forms of Money Order in £GBP: if I incur no charges encashing these, and usually they do seem to be free of charges my end, they are of course very acceptable to me. No extra charge for Paypal payments.

--Customer service & return policy :  Returns within 14 days of delivery for full refund including postage if item is not as described, but please contact me first by email so we may discuss.  

--I deliver worldwide.

--I obtain and can produce an official Certificate of Posting for every item shipped. Insurance is recommended but can seem expensive for lower-value items. Please ask me to include insurance if you require it.  On the other hand loss or damage in the post is gratifyingly rare.  Ask me for the price of insurance if you require it.

--With Paypal or UK Postal Orders I ship same or next day. UK personal Cheques must usually clear my bank (up to 10 days) before item ships. Feedback shows I have a good reputation for the quality of packaging.
