Payment can be made using paypal or with most cards except american express. For payments other than through paypal, please call our sales team on 01908-615555 our opening hours are Monday - Friday between 9am - 5.30pm. Delivery can be arranged to UK mainland only and price will as per item description. Any buy it now price will be inclusive of vat @ 20% and a vat invoice will be supplied with each order. To enable us to deliver your order, please supply a daytime contact telephone number. Without this information, your delivery could be delayed and you may incur an additional cost.

To ensure we can deal with your request efficiently, all damaged items must be reported to OFR Ltd within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Any items containing glass or other fragile components MUST be unpackaged and checked whilst the courier is still onsite. If you wish to return the item for any other reason there is a £20 + VAT collection fee per item. The item/items must be in original packaging, boxed and in pristine condition for collection and a refund will be issued once the item has been received in our warehouse.
