How can I pay for my order?
To process your orders quickly and securely, we only accept payments through PayPal.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you haven't received you order please contact us via eBay message system and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What are my rights to cancel an order?
As part of your statutory rights you have 7 days (beginning the day after you receive your order) to cancel your order. If your order is already dispatched, first you need to send the item/s back to us and we will refund you. If the order has not been dispatched yet it will be cancelled.
An item is missing from my order.
Please send us a message via eBay so we can investigate further, and if necessary action a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that this can take up to 21 days to process the claim with the carrier.
I have missed my delivery and it has been returned to you.
If you missed the delivery of your parcel then you have 48 hours to get in touch with us in order the item to be re-dispatched before it is cancelled and you are refunded.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer a standard UK 2-3 working day day delivery service (Mon-Fri) which is just £1.95, providing the order is placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm, on a Friday or at a weekend will be dispatched the next working day which is usually the following Monday to be with you on Tuesday. For just £3.95 you can upgrade your delivery to be the next working day when you order before 3PM (Mon-Fri).
What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?
The delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if there is a safe, secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there. The delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to advise where you can pick your parcel up from.

How much time do I have to return items?
You are able to return unsuitable items within 28 days of the date shown on the dispatch note. Please return this in the original packaging. Some items (such as underwear/ swimwear) may not be returnable for hygiene reasons. This will be indicated in the product description.

Your refund will only include the cost of the goods returned to us unless you received an incorrect or faulty item.
