RETURNS & REFUNDS
ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR
If you find you have ordered a *product in error, please email or write to us WITHIN 8 days of receipt of goods and then return the goods at your own expense to OfficeStar Group Ltd, Acorn Building, Mushet Park, Coleford, Glos. GL16 8RE to arrive with us no later than 14 days. Goods must be sent by a trackable and signed for service. You will receive a credit or refund (minus 20% restocking charge) within 30 days of receipt of goods. All items must be unused and in original packaging.
SHORTAGES AND MISSING ITEMS.
In the unlikely event that you find a product missing from your order but it is detailed on the delivery note as supplied (rather than backordered) please notify us immediately and in any case within 3 working days of receipt of order by email. We will then ensure your missing item is replaced free of charge.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS.
Should we deliver an item to you which is damaged, broken or faulty on arrival, please advise us WITHIN 3 working days of receipt of goods by email. We will then arrange for the item to be collected and replaced free of charge.
If you receive a different product to that detailed on the delivery note please advise us immediately upon delivery and in any case within 3 working days of receipt of order by email. We will then ensure that the incorrect item is collected and your missing item is replaced free of charge.
*This excludes some Items of furniture, and all bespoke or specially ordered items which can only be returned under special circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights
