Once customers have received items we ask that feedback is left to confirm delivery.
We aim for 5-star service so please leave us feedback via eBay. We will be happy to give you feedback once your opinion has been received. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, so if customers have any problems or questions regarding transactions we ask that contact is made with us before leaving any type of feedback. This will give us the opportunity to reasonably rectify any issues raised as quickly as possible.
Negative feedback is obviously something we strive to avoid. We are always willing to work things out but if we don't know about issues, we cannot resolve them.
Q: Can you ship outside the UK?
A: We only dispatch within the UK and Northern Ireland. However if you have a UK address you can change this on your PayPal account before you make an offer so we can ship the item to your UK address.
Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?
A: Once the item has been paid for we dispatch within 2 working days. Please allow up to 2 working days for Royal Mail to deliver. We do however try our best to shorten the process. In total you should receive your item within 4 working days of payment.
Q: Can I collect the item and pay cash?
A: We only accept payment on PayPal and we do not offer local collection.
If you do not have a PayPal account we would be happy to wait a few days for payment until your PayPal account has been set up.
Q: My PayPal address hasn't been updated, can you send to a different address?
A: Unfortunately once the item has been paid for we are unable to change the delivery address. However, we can issue tracking details for your item.
Q: Do you offer warranty for this product?
A: For up to 6 months we will test any faults. If there is a manufacturing fault with the product we will process a full refund.

Q: Do you combine postage and packaging charges?
A: We do not allow for postage discounts as each item is sent and tracked separately. You can receive discounts by using the best offer option when purchasing multiple items.
Q: I live in another country but I have a postal address in the UK, can you unblock me on eBay so that I purchase an item?
A: We do not unblock customers. You can amend your details in PayPal before making a purchase.
Q: My item is being returned to you as I was not at home to receive, can you resend the item once returned to you?
A: The item may take up to 3 weeks to return from the courier. We are more than happy to resend the item, however we would ask you cover the postage cost to resend.
Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: You may cancel your order by contacting our Customer Services team through eBay. However, if the item has been paid for; we are no longer able to cancel the dispatch. You can return the item as per our returns procedure above.
