Some of the items we list are graded. This means that the product is effectively pristine but we open the box and test the item to ensure you receive the product as described in the listing, and put simply, if a product doesn't pass our QC tests we won't list it.
Please note if the Item condition is listed as new then the item is A brand-new, unused, and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable).
We work very hard to make sure that all products are of satisfactory quality, and therefore we only offer refunds, not exchanges.
If the item is defective upon receipt we offer customers 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund.
We have an automated unpaid reminder that will be sent after 5 days of non-payment. We are unable to stop this, so we ask that if you are unable to pay within 5 days of buying/winning an item, please contact us ASAP so we can cancel the sale before you receive an unpaid automated item strike.

We are unable to provide exchanges, but will refund the value of the sale if an item needs to be returned. Please refer to Returns section for more information.
