| A:Genuine, new and the exact branded part the manufacturer will fit to your laptop. |
| Q:Will the screen be matte or glossy? |

| A:Unless we or you specify otherwise we will ship the higher quality gloss finish screen. |
| Q:Could I replace my own laptop screen myself? |

| A:Yes, without any previous knowledge or ability. |
| Q:Do you offer technical advice? |

| A:Yes, we offer completely free technical help before and after your purchase. |
| Q:Will you fit the screen for me? |

| A:As 99% of our customers so far have fitted the screens themselves, we do not offer a fitting service but you can if you would prefer, take the screen from us at a great price along with your laptop to a local repair shop and still save money! |

| Q:Can I collect the screen from you? |

| A:Your screen may ship from one of two warehouses and as such we are unable at this time to provide a trade or retail parts counter for collections. |

| A:If you do not want the product for any reason within 7 days we will accept it back for a full refund. No restocking fees apply. Note we do not refund the postage cost. |

| Q:Do I need a new laptop LCD screen if I have lines on my screen? |

| A:It is possible that you need a new laptop LCD screen. The presence of lines could indicate a problem with the screen, the video cable or the video card. |
| Q:Will it be sent securely and insured? |

| A:Yes, the screens are well packed in foam, insured and sent in extremely strong packaging. |
