Buyers must notify us of their intention to return their item/s by email and to obtain their Returns Number which must be quoted in all correspondence.

Money refunded will be for the item cost only and will not include any shipping and packing costs as these are a service that has already been provided and is therefore non-refundable.

Buyers are requested to check their correct size before bidding. If you require help with finding your correct size then please email to ask before buying.

Non-intimate items may be returned strictly within seven days only, and by prior notice via email stating the reason for return. Briefs and hosiery are non-returnable.

Items are to be returned in the SAME condition as they were sent, ie. in original packaging, all swing tags attached, not worn, laundered or damaged, and not smelling of body odours, cigarette smoke etc.

If these conditions are not adhered to, items will be returned to the buyer and no exchange or refund will be given.
