I'm committed to customer satisfaction, and if something happens to your item that's beyond your control or mine, I will refund your payment in full. I take this on a case by case basis, and I bend over backward to be fair to you. In most cases, I insist that shipping insurance be added - it's inexpensive, and if something happens, you don't lose out and neither do I. Lettermail cannot be insured, and in rare cases might be lost or badly damaged, in which case I would make a full refund.
However, in all fairness, I don't think that I should have to pay for simple buyer remorse. I am thorough with my descriptions and provide good pictures so you know what you're buying. If you simply change your mind, I'm willing to refund the price of the item after I receive it back in the same condition I shipped it, however I do not refund shipping in that case. |
