We are a family business called 'Stuart Owen Norton Glass & Sign Ltd' a decorative glass company that has been trading and creating bespoke works of decorative glass since 1978.

What we do

Our main line of work is hand producing brilliant cut panels to a high standard, using the same method of engraving glass as when this technique was first developed around 1850 in North America. The picture to the left shows glass being engraved on a stone cutting wheel, the different types of stone cutting wheels, a brilliant cut frame and a glass panel being polished by a wooden wheel.

The Picture to the right shows a glass panel that has been brilliant cut, sandblasted and acid etched to produce a unique and beautiful ornate glass panel.
