| A:In line with international regulation, we allow 7 days for you to notify us of any problem and we will replace broken or damaged items without question or provide a full refund. However, we will also provide an additional satisfaction guarantee which means that if you are not entirely satisfied we will also replace/refund UNOPENED items. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, we do. The more you order, the cheaper the postage is per item. We do not discount the postage on Boxed Sets though.

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We try to despatch all of our dvds within 2 to 3 days of your order however we advise that you allow UP to 14 days for delivery in line with the law on Distance selling as postage times do vary worldwide. Please also note the presence of UK bank Holidays and any Industrial Action by UK postal workers which can also affect delivery times. |
