RETURNS

If there is a fault with your product within the applicable product guarantee period (7 days from delivery) or other defect with your order, we will normally offer a prompt replacement.

You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:

  • In otherwise 'as new' condition
  • Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
  • If possible, with the original box and packaging
  • Post item back before the guarantee period expired.

The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

1. Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all expense in sending replacement.
2.We are not responsible for item lost during returning.
3. Item not defective after testing or wrong item ordered by buyer will be returned at buyer’s expense.
4. Any returning must inform us first, sending back without return ID (given by LD customer service) will not be accepted.
5. We can not issue any refund or post out any replacement until we have received back the original item.

Please note that: “This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear “.
