We fully understand that from time to time some items are simply not suitable to the purpose they were intended for and may need returning. All we ask is that you the buyer inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving your order and return it back to us in a resalable condition, complete with the packaging unopened, within 28 days. In this instance we cannot refund any shipping costs only the cost of the items returned.

All items are covered by the warranty set by the Manufacturer; this may in some cases require you to register the product with the manufacturer within a limited time period from the date of purchase. In any case please contact us first providing us with full details of the order including the receipt/order number. If the item is less than 30 days old we will arrange to have that item sent back to us at no cost to you. For items older than 30 days you will have to arrange to have it returned to us to process the warranty. This will then be sent to the manufacture for inspection, where they will then decide to repair or replace.

Before you put any items in the post you must contact us first for return authorisation. We can dramatically speed up the return/warranty if we are expecting your package and if you return an item without prior authorisation from us, it may be refused.
