We are a friendly team so at any point before, during or after you place an order feel free to either message us or give us a call you answer any questions or uncertainties. Our priority is you, so no matter how small the question, if you are unsure, allow us to confirm things for you.


Q: If I order today when will it be dispatched?
A: all our listings are based on stock, however in extreme circumstances where we trade via multi channels, an item can temporarily become out of stock. In these extreme circumstances we will contact you first if the item is going to take more than 3 days to dispatch.

Q: My item has been dispatched but it hasn’t arrived yet?
A: We ship all orders Royal Mail 1st Class or interlink so once dispatched should arrive within a few days at most, however in some cases packages can take longer to reach their destination than predicted. Please allow a few days but if it still hasn’t arrive, please contact us and we will do our best to locate you order.

Q: I do not have a PayPal account, how do I pay?
A: eBay rules require all payments to go through PayPal; however you do not need an account to use PayPal. PayPal now accepts all major cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, Electron and Switch & Solo

Q: Do you ship orders outside the UK?
A: By request we do ship outside of the UK, however there will be an additional surcharge for shipping and there may be other charges such as import tax that your order may qualify for. Please also note that batteries cannot travel via air mail so any order that includes batteries we will quote for shipment via land and sea. For more details please click here
