| A:returns 7 days, merchant credit,
I sell very little used merchandise so returns are only allowed for damaged/defective merchandise, Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, refunds will be given as store credit minus the original shipping costs. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, I do combine shipping. If I do orders on a case by case basis I can usually beat the price of the ebay cart as it does not know all the options I have for shipping. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I am only one man with at times pour health, so orders may take as long as 10 days to ship after payment arrives. I strive to do better then this, but life does not always allow better results. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Calculating the shipping on 3,000+ already listed items is an impossible task. If the ammount looks unreasonably high contact me to make sure it is correct for your area.
Also please wait for a combined invoice before making payment. saves you money, me time and energy. |

| A:Yes I do, I have most of my time here on ebay. |
| Q:Do you support the new Ebay paypal only rule? |

| A:NO, I do not support this at all. I have had so little problems with standard payment options that I see no reason not to continue to accept these payment methods. |

| A:Yes I do and have since day one. |
| Q:can I get an item I missed that was listed at auction? |

| A:Yes if that item was already sold I may have additional stock, if it was not contact me and I can set up a BIN in the store listings for you. |
| Q:can I get my order shipped quickly? |

| A:Yes, simply let me know when you need it and it will get placed on top of the stack for fastest possible shipment. |
| Q:When will I get my feedback? |

| A:I have a limited amount of time, which means feedback is usually done at the end of the month for the previous month as there is only 60 days availible to leave it. |
| Q:Why should I leave you a high DSR rating? |
|
| A:sellers are hurt now if there rating goes to low. if I am sick and unable to ship in a timely manner, then I could possibly be out of any kind of income for months until the bad DSR's finally clear the Ebay channel. |
