Goods are delivered by Royal Mail and will require a signature on receipt as we dispatch all orders via recorded delivery. If you are not available to receive the parcel the driver will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot. If the item is returned to us as a result of Failure to collect a delivery charge will be incurred if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected.
nacdesigns will always ensure items are safely and securely packaged, therefore we will not accept responsibility for any items damaged in post as they will leave us in pristine condition. We always obtain proof of posting should items go astray in post. In the unlikely event this occurs we will do our utmost to assist you in tracking down the parcel however it is down to the customer to make any claim.

Our immediate concern is to resolve your issues as soon as possible and ensure that you are fully satisfied with your product. We do recognise that from time to time we may not be able to meet your requirements and in these instances, you may want to return items to us.
Before your order is dispatched we endeavour to ensure the goods are quality checked to the highest standard and leaves us in pristine condition. However we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup, perfume or deodorant, as we are unable to accept an item where there is evidence that the item has been worn, damaged, or if the item has been washed or it has a scent or mark on it.
