| A:I ship items in the same packaging where viable, if free shipping is offered there is no combined postage rate since I am contributing postal costs.
Where items have a postal charge I will endeavour to package them as economically and safely as possible. A reduction in p&p may be implemented dependent on the parcel's size and weight. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:I will accept returns on items sold as "new" only, and returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging for resale within seven days of receipt. Please advise me of the return prior to returning the item.
Buyer is to pay returns postage and will only be refunded item purchase price - postage either way will not be reimbursed.

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All items are posted within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment via Royal Mail or Courier and are usually expected to arrive within 2-5 working days after despatch. International packages will be sent using Royal Mail's services and will take a little longer than a UK delivery. Please allow extra time on weekends and bank holidays. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Postal charges are established by determining the packaged size and weight of the item and comparing it with Royal Mail's current postal price guide. Where free postage is offered, I take responsibility of the postal costs.
There are no other charges. I feel I am fair with my charges and therefore will not enter negotiations. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Where I feel that the item will not be badly damaged in transit and/or is weight viable, I will ship to countries other than the UK. Please check the product listing for options, and if the country you require is available, but no shipping price listed, then please email me for a quote BEFORE bidding. |
| Q:How do I pay for my item? |

| A:Payment is via PayPal, unless other options are available in the listing.
Full payment is required within 3 days of auction end with the exception of buy it now, when payment becomes due immediately. If you wish to purchase items finishing at a later date, please notify me. Non payment after 3 days will result in a case being opened with eBay. |
| Q:I live locally. Can I collect my item and save on postage? |

| A:With the exception of bulky or large items that would be difficult to send via Royal Mail, local collections will not be honoured in order to uphold privacy and security. In the event that I would accept a local collection, I will add it to the listing description and in the postal charges section. |
