We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, within 10 days, we will be happy to refund the product cost, provided it is in a fully resalable condition.

Upon receipt we will process the return and refund the payment price to your PayPal account as soon as possible within 21 days.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

The goods should not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Swim wear items will only be accepted with the hygiene sticker still in place.

Please contact us at ebay@musto.com if you wish to return any item. We suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate or use a traceable postal service with the appropriate level of compensation, should you be concerned that your parcel maybe lost, or damaged in transit to us.

We do not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us that are damaged or lost in transit.  The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Should you wish for a replacement item, we recommend that you purchase this from our shop under a separate transaction.

Please note: Items purchased from the eBay Musto Outlet cannot be returned to a Musto store or outlet.
