We are always happy to accept returns as long as the item hasn’t been worn (except for trying on) and is returned with any tags securely attached and original clear packaging. Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
Return postage to be paid by the customer and then we will action a full refund via Paypal (including any postage paid at the initial time of ordering).
Please open a returns case first via eBay before returning any item. You will then receive a reply giving you the return address and additional information you need to include with your item before returning it to us. You can also email us via eBay or merchonline@yahoo.co.uk requesting details about returns.
Please always quote your Name, eBay ID and Order Number on any correspondence.
RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS:
In the unlikely event of a faulty item being sent out, please contact us in the first instance. We will then give you the details you need to return the item and will either send out a replacement (subject to stock availability) or offer a full refund. For faulty returns only, we will refund the postage cost incurred by the customer back via Paypal (though we are unable to refund postage if items are sent back by Special Delivery).
EXCHANGES:
All items have a comprehensive sizing guide on the listing, therefore please check carefully before purchasing. In the event that the item does not fit, we are happy to exchange for another size (subject to stock availability). Return postage to be paid by customer. We will then send out the replacement free of charge (UK only). If the size requested is not in stock, we will offer a full refund.
