Very good quality mug and extremely well packaged. Estimated delivery was stated as 22nd July, but I requested delivery a.s.a.p as it was for a friends birthday. It arrived just in time, on the 14th as his birthday is on the15th and this included a message printed on it, again as I had requested. Brilliant service and very much appreciated.

I purchased this and didn’t realise until it was delivered that it’s not the same as the original it does not have ENGLAND printed on it like the original have send emails to the seller have call him on the mobile number in the listing and also left messages there and had no reply what so ever so his aware there is a problem and I don’t want other sellers to make the same mistake

We replied very promptly and as the pictures showed this was obviously done during its time in the international postage system and we recommended a claim against the postal agent and we would assist as we could but you never replied back.
