Delivery & Returns

We offer a no quibble return policy. However, before returning any item you must contact us so we can advise the correct course of action.

The only items that are not eligible for return are items that are made to order.

Items are usually dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment.

Once dispatched orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days.

Please bear in mind that once the item has been sent it is in the hands of Royal Mail so we need to trust that they will offer a good service.

If your item does not arrive we will not be able to deem it as missing until at least 14 working days have passed from the date of dispatch. This is because Royal Mail will not class it as lost until then.

Some items are made to order or sent direct to you. These items may take slightly longer to be delivered.

If your order is over 2Kg OR over 60cm in length and you live in a remote location such as the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or Northern Ireland, we may levy a surcharge to cover the extra carriage to these areas. Should this be the case we will contact you with the option of either paying the surcharge or cancelling the order. Remote postcodes include AB30-AB38, AB40-AB56, BT, FK17-FK21, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20-PA99, PH, TR21-TR25, ZE. This surcharge is necessary in order to cover the increased costs our courier charges us to send an item to these areas. If you are not willing to pay the surcharge please do not click to buy the item.
