MoviedromeDVD strives for customer satisfaction by doing our best to ensure that all of our items are perfect and that buyers are fully informed about our products. We have done everything that we can to ensure that buyers are made aware of region encoding prior to purchase!
We cannot accept returns for items due to problems with region encoding. Please be sure that you can play the disc before you purchase. If you are unsure, please feel free to get in touch and ask!
Normal U.K. DVD players are PAL / Region 2.
Furthermore, we are aware that many modified and region free players are very temperamental. When possible, please try the disc in another player before contacting us for a return.
All of our DVDs are brand new and we're proud to offer a no-hassle guarantee. If you receive your item and find that it is faulty, please contact us within 7 days with your concerns and we will respond. Please do not send back a disc without notifying us first!
We will either replace your DVD or refund you in full if the DVD is no longer available.
If you are sending back a defective disc do not clean it or use a disc 'fixer'!!! If the disc is returned to us with marks from one of these methods, the disc is yours to keep. Please understand that we have to return these discs to our distributors and the use of these devices or a coarse cleaning cloth, such as a paper towel, prohibits us from sending them back.
