We normally ship from stock the next working day following payment, maximum 5 working days following payment. In very rare cases we may relist an out of stock item in error, if this is the case we will always let you know, offer an alternative at the same or greater value or a full and immediate refund.

 BUSINESS HOURS Are 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday We are closed at weekends and UK Public Holidays. We will respond to all Emails, deal with queries, process orders, and package for shipment only during these hours. All enquiries should include an eBay item number, your user I.D. and the email address registered with eBay.  

 REFUNDS & RETURNS We will always refund in full for any item returned within 7 days that is sent out faulty or misdescribed. Under all other circumstances we do reserve the right to retain the postage & packaging and listing fees and/or charge a handling fee.  

INSURANCE Is an option on all listings, it will cover you against loss or damage once the item has been shipped. By not taking out insurance you waive all rights to compensation for damage or loss during transit. We securely pack and label all items to protect them but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by third parties unless covered by insurance. We always keep proof of shipment documents for each item sent.
