We will respond to all Emails, deal with queries, process orders, and package for shipment only during these hours. REFUNDS & RETURNS We will always refund in full for any item returned within 7 days that is sent out faulty or misdescribed. Under all other circumstances we do reserve the right to retain the postage & packaging and listing fees and/or charge a handling fee.
INSURANCE Is an option on all listings, it will cover you against loss or damage once the item has been shipped. By not taking out insurance you waive all rights to compensation for damage or loss during transit.
