How do I pay?
For speed and simplicity we only accept payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to set one up please click here

Is this product new or refurbished?
All products sold by MoreFrom are new.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We only deliver to mainland UK. We are unable to deliver overseas, to the Channel Islands, Ireland or BFPO addresses. We do not ship outside the UK.

Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?
We use Initial City Link and TNT. The couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30. We cannot specify a delivery time.

When will my order be despatched?
Orders are despatched on the working week day that pass our security checks. You will receive confirmation that the goods have been despatched via email. The confirmations are sent between 5.30-6pm.

When will my goods arrive?
Our standard delivery is FREE on everything for delivery within 5 working days. Target, TNT and City Link make most of our deliveries between 8am and 5.30pm. We cannot specify a delivery time.

What if I'm not at home to accept the delivery?
The courier will attempt 2 deliveries on consecutive working days .We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for upto 5 days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
