Delivery
We aim to process all orders the next working day after receipt of cleared payment and delivery is normally the following working day*. You will be sent an email at various stages of your order to confirm the order, confirm receipt of cleared payment and to confirm despatch. Due to the number of orders going out we do not normally send out tracking details although these can be supplied on request (during office hours).
Orders are sent using either a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service for smaller items or Interlink courier service for larger heavier items, these are both a reliable, trusted service, on arrival at the destination a signature will be required to confirm the product has been received. If you are not present at the time of delivery a card will be posted giving you a telephone number to arrange another delivery time or arrange collection from your local Royal Mail Enquiry Office or Interlink depot. Saturday delivery is available on request however there is a surcharge for this service. Please contact us for details.

Note: Items only held for around 7 days, after this time the goods will be returned to us unless you have arranged otherwise with the courier. We reserve the right to charge for redelivery of an item which has been returned.
Whilst all items listed are in stock at the time of listing, we sell from a number of outlets and it is possible that an item may go out of stock at any time without us being able to end an auction. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will reorder from our suppliers and notify you if the delay will be more than a few days. If it is not possible to reorder an item then we will contact you to offer either an alternative product or refund.
* Mainland UK, international orders are not guaranteed and Royal Mail delivery aims are up to about 1 week but could be longer.
Products
All products carry the standard manufacturers warranty which comes into effect on the despatch date, if a fault develops with a purchased item contact us with a brief description of the fault so we can deal with the issue.
Most products supplied by ModWorld Limited are road legal although some products stocked are not, we accept no liability what so ever for any legal action taken against you for products purchased from ModWorld Limited. It is in your own interest to seek advise from the relevant authorities before purchasing a product.
Returns
To return unwanted goods you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a returns number and details of how to go about returning the items purchased, you must then return the goods to us within 10 days of this number being issued including a note of the reason for return and the returns number given. Returns after this period may incur a restocking charge up to 15% of the products value. Postage charges are non refundable.
When returning an item, you will be responsible for the cost of sending it back to us. We would recommend that when returning an item it is sent via a recorded service where a signature is obtained as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Unless an item is faulty it must be returned to us in the same condition as when sent out, unused and resaleable. Please note that if you write our address on the item packaging then this will not be classed as a resaleable condition and no refund will be made. For faulty items, we reserve the right to have the item tested before any refund is made.
We take all possible care to ensure the correct product is sent to you however if you receive a different product from that which you have ordered contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct items to be sent and deal with the incorrectly received products.
If products you received are damaged on arrival please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent and deal with the damaged items.
Although we aim to supply top quality goods, if a ModWorld product is found to be faulty contact us immediately with a brief description of the fault and we will deal with it further.
We accept No liability for any other costs what so ever that may arise as a result of purchasing, using or fitting products we have supplied. You should satisfy yourself that you or a competent person has fitted or attached the product correctly in accordance with the manufacturers instructions (If Supplied). |
