We try our very best to ensure all our items are dispatched on the same day or within one working day. Once dispatched however this is where we have very little control, if your order is being delivered by Parcelforce 24 it should get there next working day if you order before 2pm however please be aware that on occasion such as poor weather or busy times it could take a little longer.
If your order has been dispatched First Class we would expect it to be there within two working days, however this is by no means guaranteed. If you desperately need an item quickly your best bet is to select one of the express delivery options.
Occasionally things sent through Royal Mail can go missing, if this was to happen we follow the Royal Mail guidelines so if your order hasn't arrived 15 working days after we dispatched it please let us know and at that point we will claim for the loss and offer you a refund or replacement.
