Mobile Envy agrees to despatch the Goods from Mobile Envy's warehouse to the Buyer's ebay address only within 2 to 3 business days of satisfactory payment of the Total Sale Price by the Buyer to Mobile Envy. Please make sure that all your address details are up to date via ebay as we can not be accountable for wrong addresses given on your account.
Delivery times will depend upon the location of the Buyer's address, postal service used and in some cases weather conditions.
If the Goods cannot be delivered to the Buyer's address for any reason (including without limitation, no-one being available to accept the Goods on delivery) and the Goods are returned to Mobile Envy, Mobile Envy will notify the Buyer by e-mail.
Further to this, Mobile Envy will redeliver the Goods to the Buyer's address on further payment by the Buyer to Mobile Envy of the additional Delivery Costs.
The Buyer has the option to insure the delivery of the Goods. Buyers wishing to increase standard insurance that is not covered in the stated delivery costs must contact the seller, prior to payment of invoice in order to make additional payment.
Collection items will only be stored once paid for, for a maximum of 7 days. If after this time the goods are not collected, a refund will be automatically issued and the goods will be offered for sale again.
Buyers wishing to collect their purchases may do so during warehouse opening hours which are: MONDAY – FRIDAY 9.30am till 4.30pm.
