All our items are tested before stocking, checked thoroughly before shipping and are BRAND NEW unless stated otherwise,
NON PAYMENT
If you are having problems with your payment please let us know as soon as possible. If we do not receive payment within 7 days after your purchase is made we will open an unpaid item dispute and we will not hesitate to close it giving an unpaid item strike to your account.
If an unpaid item dispute is opened against you and you decided to pay for your item, please respond to the dispute and give us clear information when and how the item will be paid for.
POSTAGE
All items purchased will be posted within 2 days of payment. We post MONDAY to FRIDAY ONLY.
Orders will be sent out via Royal Mail using 1st class standard or recorded delivery or Special Delivery service.
Please do not get frustrated and leave us bad feedback for delays in postage which are beyond our control.
Please DO NOT email us regarding shipping information unless it’s been at least 7 working days after your order was paid for.
After 15 working days if your order still has not arrived please send us a message through ebay (please do not email us) with your purchase details (name of item, auction number, your eBay ID, shipping address, payment method and date) and we will check shipping information regarding your order and get back to you ASAP.
RETURN POLICY
All products are supplied with a 7 day return to us if faulty policy, applicable from the date of receipt, we will then send you a replacement. Item(s) must be returned as received, in full, with no missing components / parts, with all original packaging.
Any item(s) returned are at THE COST OF THE BUYER.
In the extremely unlikely case of you receiving damaged goods, incorrect or not as described please contact us through ebay messaging and we will instruct you on the process.
Refunds for non faulty items or items purchased by mistake are at our discretion, if a refund is given we will deduct our postage & packaging costs plus restocking fees.
Please do not open a PAYPAL dispute before speaking, it will only delay the resolution to the problem.
FEEDBACK
Please remember to leave feedback for us once you have received your item and you are satisfied, offcourse we will do the same for you. We use the automated feedback facility on eBay. Feedback will be left upon feedback received, so PLEASE do not ask us to leave feedback first.
If you have a problem with your item(s) please contact us first BEFORE leaving feedback. Most problems can easily be rectified so please give us the opportunity to solve the issue. Please do not leave feedback until you have allowed us to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Please note that problems CAN NOT be rectified once feedback has been left!
