If your item is faulty please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt with details of the problem. The item will need to be returned to us in its original packaging. For faulty items we offer a refund of your order total and a refund of your return postage. Please contact us before you return your parcel and we will let you know the best way to post it back to us.
If you change your mind, you may return the item at your expense within 30 days in the original packaging, for a full refund of the purchase price only. Please note that we will not refund any original postage costs. We do stress that when returning an item, it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
