Absolutely awful!!!!! Item had to have a £41.10 customs fee paid in before I received it (no mention in the listing this could occur) they refused to refund me this. Then the item didn’t work! Had to open a case against them. Avoid!

Why contact you for many times about the paypal account and the return postage, you never reply me, we receive the incorrect paypal email, the postage unable to sent. The refund was issued already, but you do not arrange the return yet.Please arrange the return, we will pay you postage.
