In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase on the grounds of it not matching the original item description entirely, we will gladly offer you a refund of the total end of auction (minus the shipping charges and 10% re-listing fee). Please note we do not accept returns due to items not fitting so please ensure you are ordering the correct size. The item must be shipped back to the address communicated within 14 days from date of receipt. The item must be shipped back in the original condition dispatched, that is to say that, where applicable, all labels, tags, care booklets, dustbags, etc should be included intact. In no case whatsoever will a replacement or a reimbursement (we reserve the right to choose which) be done before we receive the returned item as described above.
We guarantee honest descriptions for all our articles and photos. All the wording and photos in our listings are our own property and anyone found copying these will be reported to eBay and legal action may be taken.
We aim to deliver within 3 working days in UK. (After clearance of payment) Rest of world we will deliver between 7-13 working days (After clearance of payment). For items purchased under £50 a certificate of postage will be retained with receipt. Orders over £50 will be sent by recorded delivery at no extra charge. Items lost in post / not recieved. We will offer a full refund upon completion of our claim form for lost postage which will require a signature from the buyer and an investigation by Royal Mail. This can only be completed 15 days after dispatch date.
