No problem at all, we prefer this. You save money, you see the goods you collect.
Delivery seems to be taking a long time!
. Have you given BOTH mobile and landline contact numbers to our office? If not, no delivery can be effected. If you have then please read the ebay page listing you purchased from. Many items are in stock but the courier will take around two weeks to get to you. Another item could be that the product was listed as "X" weeks before we have stock, please check.
All products are charged as shown on the listing page of ebay.
Do you discount multi item purchases for delivery? Yes on some occasions, if cheaper for us then we pass on 100% of the saving. Showers and baths are not discounted as they are charged to ourselves per pallet volume. Each is a separate charge. So as a rough guide
Double Vanity unit, baths, steam showers , charged same delivery charge as advertised each. Example buy two pay delivery twice.
Single vanity units, toilets, etc, sometimes two together for a small extra charge
Taps when purchased with a vanity unit go free also two taps go for the cost of one in multi purchases
Delivery: Your delivery charges seem really high, why? Because unlike many we do not use companies like TNT etc. Our couriers collect direct from us store the items themselves and deliver direct to your door. The likes of large companies use a "HUB" experience has shown moving fragile items like ours, leads to a massive increase in breakages. Moving items from one van to another and handled by sometimes less than respectful staff is bad news! We like our products to reach the customer in one piece.
Our courier delivers 5 days per week. They collect from our warehouse twice a week. When your item has been loaded the courier will arrange by telephone with you when they are coming. Please understand that as stated our couriers are dedicated couriers and therefore do not come past your door every day. If you cannot make a day it could be another week before they can come back again.
Delivery. Will you bring the item into the house or apartment where we live? Deliveries are curb side only, due to health and safety and our couriers are not insured should they damage something in your home by accident. Again health and safety prevents delivery of any large item (over 10 kilos) to your apartment door. You will need to arrange the removal of the delivered item from the apartment entrance to your apartment or flat.
Delivery. Do you need help? Yes we do, as our terms and conditions state AN ABLED BODIED PERSON MUST BE AVAILABLE at the delivery time. Baths and showers are very heavy as are vanity units. A person must be available to assist.
Delivery, Can I check the goods before the driver leaves? Yes please!! This is your right and if a driver says he is late just sign for it, DON'T DO IT! Please always check items at the time. We realise many items are in multi boxes and also very large but please check. If something is broken or damaged your rights are reduced. Glass, if this is shattered or broken we as a company do not cover this after the time of delivery to you. PLEASE REMEMBER this because anything could happen to it after this point. Scratches etc are also treated likewise. We do allow a further 48 hours after delivery to check everything else and please report anything you are not sure of within this time. If an item is missing and only comes to light during assembly of something large such as a shower, don't worry, just call us within 21 days and we can arrange replacement free of charge.
How long is my warranty?
12 months is standard unless otherwise stated. You will know what you have purchased as it will show on your delivery invoice. Nothing showing upgrade means you have the standard warranty. Upgrades are availble up to 24 months, please call 0844 800 3069 to extend your warranty. Please note this must be done within 90 days of your delivery.

How do I report I have a missing part, something is broken or has stopped working? Nice and easy! Just go to our sister website on this link Customer Services This is our dedicated customer services department. Fill in the form (need every detail please) and send, you will get a reply from our European office within hours , always by e-mail so everything is confirmed in writing. We pride ourselves in carrying probably the largest stock of spare parts in the UK, return replies are fast and you will get a dedicated service member with a name to link to.
