All items are shipped direct from us. NO DROP SHIPPING. Every item comes with an online tracking number.

All DVDs are Region 1 meaning they play on all USA/Canadian DVD players.

All PDF's are mailed on a CD within 1-3 days of cleared paypal payment. An immediate back up copy is available for download within 24 hours. I will send this eBook by postal mail. Sending it by email or by any other digital delivery method is not allowed and violates eBay policy. Most printed items ship within 1-3 business days. Every item is in stock and we never run out of inventory.

Because our system is automatic we will only ship to the ebay supplied address. If you wish to ship to a different address please change the address in ebay to your desired ship to address.

Paypal with immediate payment is the only option we accept through PayPal..

Only US funds will be accepted.

No International or Canadian orders are accepted on Ebay.

There is no combined shipping discount for printed books or PDF.  There is a shipping charge for PDF files as they are mailed direct to the buyer.

We will leave feedback on all completed transactions. Our system automatically reciprocates feedback once it is received. 

All PDF books are mailed in PDF format on a CD within 1-3 days after the payment has cleared.  We email a link for a backup copy that can be downloaded within 24 hours of completed payment.

All items are shipped only to the US. All shipments will be sent by the method you choose during checkout. Please visit the USPS website for delivery details. These are our only methods of shipping.

Items returned as undeliverable due to a bad or incorrect address will be refunded less shipping & handling charges of $5.This will also apply to shipments that are refused.*

Any printed item that has been damaged in shipment will be replaced as long as the BUYER pays for postage and returns the damaged book for inspection.  There are no returns or refunds on any PDF ebook purchases.

All delivery confirmation numbers are issued and emailed direct to you from paypal.

Insurance is optional for shipping and is charged per item (see auction). This means that the risk of loss, damage and not receiving your items will be covered after the listed time frames have passed. Please review these timeframes listed above.

All insurance will cover your shipment for the full amount of your item against lost, stolen or damaged items during delivery.  If delivery is confirmed by the carrier, you will need to contact your local carrier who will have knowledge of where your package was delivered. Any and all confirmed deliveries will not be covered under this insurance. If the tracking number is in the USPS system the refund will not be issued to allow more time for delivery.

Any items damaged in transit will have to be returned to us for inspection before any refund.

*All refunds regardless of the payment method used by the buyer will be issued via paypal to the email address used to place the order.

Any buyer wishing to cancel an order BEFORE it ships can request so at support@megamediadepot.net.  Your request may or may not be granted and that is at the sole discretion of Mega Media Depot.  If the cancellation is granted  a $5.00 processing fee will be charged.
