BEWARE! This can of Holts De Icer arrived covered in parcel tape (ON THE CAN!) with rust on the bottom of the can. The labelling on the can was also stained. I sent the photos to the seller explaining that this is definitely NOT a new item as advertised. Seller said they always package them like that (!) but had no explanation as to why the Holts De- Icer can was rusty. Very poor service. I have asked for a refund but had no reply.
