We really hope you love your new purchase. But, if it turns out that they're not suitable for whatever reason, you can return the unused item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. (Less any postage costs incurred by us) We just ask that you return them in the same condition you received them in, and in their original packaging.
Please include a covering letter with your name, eBay username, the eBay item number of the purchase and any relevant contact details as well as the reason for returning the item. Please send them back to:

If you would like to exchange your product for different size or model, you can return the unused item in the same condition you received them in, and in their original packaging, back to us within 14 days of you receiving them. We will also need a payment of postage costs so we can get the exchanged item out to you. Since we cannot guarantee stock availability by the time your item reaches us, we suggest giving us a call on 0141 552 3113 to confirm your exchange.

Please note that our returns and exchange policy is only applicable for Buy It Now (fixed price) items and not Auction items. Auction items are sold as is, and are not returnable unless the item is faulty or if we’ve sent the wrong thing as is stated below.
If the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched, we will be able to offer a refund for the product and your postage costs. You will need to return the item the unused item with a covering letter via Royal Mail First Class. If you believe you have been sent the incorrect item, please double check the full details of the listing, including the UK size before returning the item to us. We are only able to reimburse postage costs or delivery charges where the item is faulty or if we’ve sent the wrong thing. (This applies to both Buy It Now and Auction items)
