Delivery

We deliver only to the UK and countries within the EU.

UK Delivery

1. Non-signed for standard post

Small low value items (£15 or less) where the postage charge is ‘Free’ are generally posted by standard 2nd Class Royal Mail post. We obtain proof of posting. No signature is required for the item to be delivered. These items can generally fit through a letterbox.

Should you require an item to be signed for on delivery, then please contact us in advance and we will invoice for the extra postage charge. Postal charges will start from £2.00

2. "Recorded Signed for” delivery
All other orders are generally posted by Royal Mail “Recorded Signed for” delivery.

The postal service will obtain a signature from whoever collects the item. Please be aware that this may not be the person to whom the parcel is addressed. If no one is available to sign, then they will leave a card to let you know that the item has been taken back to the local delivery office where you can pick it up or arrange for re-delivery.

3. Single/Combined items exceeding £200 – “Special Delivery Next Day”

Where the value of a single item or combined items exceeds £200, we will only deliver using Royal Mail “Special Delivery Next Day”. This service aims to deliver the item by 1pm the next working day and allows for the tracking of the item. Parcels will need to be signed for, although someone other than the addressee can sign for an item.

Please note that we offer the “Special Delivery Next Day” service for added security rather than speed.

Due to our processing times, a parcel may still take up to 3 days to be dispatched by this service. Please contact us before placing an order if posting times are critical.

EU Delivery

We aim to deliver EU orders within 10 working days and will dispatch them within 3 days of the order. We will email you once your parcel has been posted.

1. Non-signed for standard Airmail post

Small single items such as non-designer scarves (£28 and less) are posted by standard Airmail service. We obtain proof of posting. No signature is required for the item to be delivered. These items can generally fit through a letterbox
On the very rare occasion that an item should go “missing in the post”, we cannot be held responsible.

Should you require an item to be signed for on delivery, then please contact us in advance of purchase to arrange the additional postal charge. Postal Charges start from £6.00.

2. “International Signed for” delivery

All other orders are posted by Royal Mail “Recorded Signed for” delivery.
The postal service will obtain a signature from whoever collects the item. Please be aware that this may not be the person to whom the parcel is addressed. If no one is available to sign, then they will leave a card to let you know that the item has been taken back to the local delivery office where you can pick it up or arrange for re-delivery. You will need to collect the parcel within the time period specified by the postal service to avoid it being returned to us. Should we need to re-deliver we will charge the additional postage cost.
