| DELIVERY CHARGES - We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your cleared payment and another email to inform you when your item has been dispatched. Postage prices include all handling and packaging charges and are as specified on each listing.
DELIVERY TIMES - Goods are despatched via the Royal Mail 1st Class post and although this is not a guaranteed delivery service the majority of our items will be delivered within 2 working days from despatch. We aim to despatch all goods within 2 working days. Please be advised that delivery of parcels to business addresses can take longer than those sent to home addresses. Also note that, unfortunately, we may have to wait up to 15 working days (or 25 working days for overseas orders) before we are able to refund or replace items missing in transit. Delivery times depend on which country your order will be shipped to. Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes 2 – 3 working days for delivery within the UK. Airmail usually takes 3 – 5 working days to Europe or 7 – 10 working days to the Rest of World. A signature will be requested on delivery of your purchase. If delivery agent cannot deliver your purchase, parcels will be held in the buyer’s local collection office for 1 week and a card requesting collection from that office is left at the delivery premises. Parcels returned to us due to non-collection will be re-posted at the expense of the buyer.
POSTAL INSURANCE - The Royal Mail post office provide insurance for ordinary mail up to the value of £39.00 – this includes recorded delivery and standard parcels. You must make us aware if you require guaranteed next day special delivery, which covers parcels for up to £500.00 as we will need to add an extra £2.00 on top of the listed postal fees. In the event of an item going missing, we will process a claim with the Royal Mail and refund you after they have settled the claim (This takes between 6-8 weeks). Royal mail will no longer refund postage costs on lost items of mail. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 working days after expected delivery date for UK items and 25 working days after expected delivery date for international items, therefore, we can only send off a claim form once this time has passed. |
