Payment Methods Accepted

1. We accept secure credit/debit card payments.
2. We accept PayPal payments on our site. order online and select Paypal payment method.
3. We accept direct payments, order online and send us a direct payment from your bank.
4. We accept cheques, order online and send us a cheque. Goods will be despatched upon clearance of funds in our account.

Note on all credit/debit card orders address verification checks are made. We can only deliver to the credit card holders address. Security checks are made on all purchases to ensure we only deliver to the credit card holder we may ask for additional information to establish this. PayPal accounts must be confirmed.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.

To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact for details) within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to mad*on*motors unused in its original packaging or similar packaging, together with the receipt or we can arrange collection at the cost to the consumer. You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within 7 days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner. Non faulty goods returned to us may incur a 15% restocking charge and will only be accepted at our discretion.

Warranty

Mad*on*motors products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a minimum of 1 year. We advise that chrome and polished wheels are not used during the winter months October to February, if used during this period warranty is void. All our ex-display wheels carry no warranty or guarantee.

Alloy wheels manufacturer must establish liability in order for mad*on*motors to warrant an alloy wheel. We would ask customers to understand the need for proper examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Tyre Warranty

Tyre manufacturer must establish liability in order for mad*on*motors to warrant a tyre, if a tyre is deemed warrantable by the manufacturer, then a credit will be raised, which will be in full minus a percentage of the remaining tread depth. We would ask customers to understand the need for proper tyre examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability to replace the tyre. It is not therefore possible to resolve tyre problems on the spot.

Before Fitting

We advise that you check for correct equipment, condition, fittings and tyre directions prior to external fitting. If for any reason a wheel or tyre is damaged or the incorrect size or if you think there maybe a problem, do not fit to your vehicle, do not drive on it, do not fit tyres if wheels only, contact mad*on*motors immediately. Mad*on*motors will not be held liable for any external charges.

We advise a test fit and that you thoroughly check the alloy wheels, prior to mounting tyres for wheels only packages. Failure to include car details make, model, version, year and original tyre size at checkout may invalidate any claim.
