Delivery Time

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday but please be aware that actual receipt of goods may be delayed if orders are placed late in the week, close to a public holiday, when there is a postal strike, or if you live outside of the Mainland.

We do not charge for shipping if you live in the UK, and if you live outside of the UK the price depends on the weight of your item, and will be shown in the relevant listing.

Our Courier

The majority of our orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery at no charge to the buyer, which service we use is dependant on the item value, You can choose any convenient delivery address, but you must arrange for someone to be present to receive and sign for the package on the expected delivery date. If a Royal Mail parcel cannot be delivered you will need to take the calling card to your local post office to collect the item.

Tracking

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. When we despatch the goods you will receive another email with your Tracking number so you can monitor the progress of delivery online.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery?

If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to contact us. We will contact the courier and call you back to let you know what's happening. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please email us at info@gordonstoker.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
