Return Policy

Please select one option each from the list of following conditions applicable to your order and press "Get Return Options". Your return options will be calculated and presented below.

Procedure to be followed while returning any product for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.

1. Please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days of receipt of the product, if you wish to claim a refund). We'll answer your query within 24 hours with a support ticket number.
2. Pack the product in its original packaging, with a note containing information about your ticket number, contact details, reason to return and requirement of replacement/exchange/refund.
3. Please put a copy of invoice (if you don't have one, you can download from your PayPal account) in the package as a proof of purchase.
4. Post this package to our Returns Department with a secure delivery service.

Distance selling regulations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from LoveFashion, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. The items this applies to is marked clearly in the product description. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days using eBay contact form or your MyEbay. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
