At Love Fashion, we aim to provide a Quick, Efficient and Low Cost Delivery Services, using RoyalMail™. Our orders are dispatched to the registered delivery address on your eBay or PayPal records within 24 Hrs of recieving cleared payment. We use RoyalMail™ Second Class Recorded delivery as our standard delivery service and 99% of our orders from UK Mainland are delivered within 2 working days, Hence providing an overall of 72 Hour Delivery Service.

Salient Features of our Shipping Policy :

1. Free Standard Delivery Service on All orders ober £40: All orders from UK MAINLAND are eligible for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING by Royal Mail™ 2nd Class Recorded Delivery Service.
2. Quick Dispatch : All our orders are dispatched within 24 Hrs of recieving cleared payment, otherwise duly notified to the customer.
3. Sameday Dispatch : All orders with payment cleared by 1500 Hrs are dispatched sameday, otherwise duly notified to the customer.
4. Trackable Shipment : All our shipments have Tracking ID and Insured (except Royal Mail™ Airmail™) providing peace of mind for both customer and us.
5. Combined Postage : If your basket has 2 or more products during checkout, the shipping cost of 2nd and thereafter products will be reduced to upto half, hence providing you upto 50% discount on postage charges of 2nd and further products.
6. Prepaid Return Postage : If you happen to return our product due to our fault, you'll be provided with prepaid return postage back to our warehouse.
7. Full Track and Trace Support : If you have any problem with the shipment, we are just a call away! Feel free to contact us for full track and trace support.

We offer following wide range of delivery and pick up options :

1. Royal Mail™ 2nd Class Recorded : We offer FREE Standard Delivery to all orders over £40 from UK, using Royal Mail™ 2nd Class recorded delivery. Otherwise, just £2.95 per order. The delivery time ranges between 2-5 days, with 99% of our orders delivered within 48 Hrs of dispatch.
2. Royal Mail™ 1st Class (Trackable) : We offer Royal Mail™ 1st Class delivery to all orders from UK. You can get this upgraded service for just £1 (Total £3.95). The delivery time ranges between 1-4 days, with 99% of our orders delivered within 24 Hrs of dispatch. This is a trackable delivery service, so you can track the progress of your shipment using Royal Mail™ website.
3. Royal Mail™ Special Delivery™ Next Day (Trackable) : Royal Mail™ Special Delivery™ Next Day* service is offered to UK Mainland orders only. You can upgrade to this delivery service for £4.95. Generally all our orders are dispatched within 24 Hrs of recieving cleared payment, but if you can place your order and clear your payment by 1500 Hrs, your order will be dispatched on same day. As a result, your shipment could be delivered Next Day. This is also a trackable delivery service, so you can track the progress of your shipment using Royal Mail™ website.
4. Royal Mail™ Airmail™ : This is our standard shipping service for orders from Europe. It starts from £4.95 and get delivered between 3 - 7 days.
5. Royal Mail™ AirSure™ (Trackable) : This shipping service is offered to all orders from Europe. It costs £4.99 + Airmail price and get delivered between 2 - 5 days. This is a trackable delivery service, so you can track the progress of your shipment using Royal Mail™ website.
6. Collect From Store : You can collect your order from any of our stores in Midland, between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday at your convinience. Please contact customer services prior to your visit.
7. Birmingham Home Delivery : If you live in Birmingham City Council Area, you can book your home delivery between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday, at your convinience. This service will be free for all orders over £ 50, and £4.95 for less than £ 50. Please contact customer services for booking and more details.

Delivery Service Cost and Timings :

The above quoted prices are for reference purposes only, calculated for parcels up to 500 grams. Heavier products will be charged more according to their respective weights. Individual shipping costs, as listed on the product listing will be final and subject to change without further notice.

Customers from Channel Islands and BFPO addresses are subjected to £ 1.99 surcharge on top of their listed shipping charges. Therefore it is highly advised to use 'Request Total From Seller' to obtain updated Invoice and avoid any further delay in dispatch.

We encourage our European Customers to opt in for AirSure service, as Airmail is untracked and we will not be able to help them in case the parcel goes missing.
