Returns for customers in the United Kingdom is free.
From when you receive your order, you have 14 days to decide if you want to return any item within your item/s. If you decide you
want to refund or exchange, then the process is simple. All you need to do is fill out the 'returns form' that was enclosed with your
order and send it back to us.
We will enclose a prepaid returns label making the whole process completely hassle free.
Please note it is very important that when you return an item to make sure we know the order number the item/s relates too, along with
your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action as quickly as
we want us to.
Usually it takes up to 2-4 days for us to receive UK returns, 5-10 days to receive European returns, 7 to 15 days to receive returns
from outside Europe. Return delivery can vary depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received your item/s, we
will inspect and process the refund or exchange within 3 days to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
We will keep you as informed as possible during the process and we will send you an email once we have received your item and
then again once your item as either been re-dispatched or a refund has been processed.
REFUND OR
REPLACEMENT TROUBLE
In the extremely unlikely case that we make a mistake on your refund or re-sent an incorrect item then we will be more than happy
to assist you and correct it. Simply contact our customer services team at returns@loveclothing.com and we will sort any problems
out straight away.
We provide a returns and exchanges form along with a returns label for you to return your order free of charge. Please complete the returns form.
All items must be returned in their original condition - by this we mean that all the original labels and packaging as much as possible
and the item/s must be returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for item/s that we deem
to have been worn.
All goods are your responsibility until we receive them back at our returns address and make sure that your return is properly
packaged to avoid any damage or unnecessary attention to your package.

I DON'T HAVE A RETURNS LABEL?
If for some reason there is not a returns label within your order then there is no need to worry. You can simply download a label
and print it yourself: Download returns and exchanges label download.
Alternately you can supply a cover note in your returns package simply informing us with the reason for your return, your order
number, name, phone number, your email address and a summary of the problem and what you want us to do and we will deal
with your return straight away.
WILL MY POSTAGE BE REFUNDED IF MY ITEM/S ARE FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
If your item is damaged or faulty, and it is the only item on your order, we will refund your postage costs.
If you have kept any items on your order, we will not be able to refund your postage.
