HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER?
Signing up to our newsletter couldn't be easier. Simply go to our home page and there is a tab which says 'subscribe to mailing list' put your email address in the tab, select which gender you would like to subscribe too and enjoy a frequent newsletter with promotions and great discounts.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR ITEM/S?
There are a few ways you can search for a product on our site. The easiest and most fun way is to browse your ways through the categories, so for example, you may click on shirts and then this will bring up our whole range of shirts, from there you can then refine your search even further to specific colours, price and size. This way you might even spot other similar items which catch your attention as you browse.
Alternatively you can simply type what you are looking for into the search bar which will eliminate any other products!
HAS MY ORDER BEEN DESPATCHED YET?
To check if your item has been dispatched yet, simply log in to your account and you can check your order status. If your order has been despatched then you will have received an email stating this. Every order that leaves our warehouse automatically sends an email to the purchaser letting them know their order has been dispatched.

I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT IS NO LONGER IN STOCK?
We understand how frustrating it can be when you see an item that you love, go back the following day to purchase it and it is no longer available.
Because we like to keep our stock fresh and up to date with trends this occurrence may happen from time to time. We suggest that if you like an item you be quick to purchase it, instead of losing out. If you would like a similar item you can always type the product into the search bar and see what products come close.
In some cases it may be that we are simply waiting for the product to arrive back in stock.

As safe as it possibly can be.
We store any information you give us securely using high-level SSL encryption technology - the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept our branded account cards, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo, Amex and PayPal.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We may be able to cancel your order but we can only do this by telephone and if it hasn't left our warehouse.
You need to call us as soon as possible after you have placed your order otherwise it may be too late.
Please visit our 'CONTACT US' section for the number. Please note - we are unable to cancel your order by email.
If it is too late for us to cancel your order, you can return your order using the returns form provided. You can also log into your account and follow the returns process there. Once we have received the goods back, we will process a refund for you.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.
WHY HAS MY CARD BEEN DECLINED?
Your bank will be able to let you know why your card has been declined.
CAN I CLAIM VAT BACK ON MY PURCHASE?
You can only claim back VAT on Internet purchases if your items are for business purposes.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT OFFER ON MY ORDER?
Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEM?
As soon as we have received your item, we'll email you to let you know. As long as you have filled in the returns form then your process will be dealt with swiftly and promptly and a solution will be sorted on the same day.
In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with customer care team at returns@loveclothing.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
