Postage & Packaging
When you purchase two or more items please contact us for a reduction in postage costs. All our items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class to keep the cost to you as low as possible. If you require your purchase urgently please contact us and we will quote you a price for speedier delivery. For orders outside of the UK please contact us for postage costs. We are more than happy to ship worldwide.
Payments
Paypal is the quickest way to pay for your purchase. Alternatively if you do not have a paypal account you can pay by postal order and we will despatch your item when we have received this. If you purchase anything from us that we no longer have available we will refund your full payment straight away.

RETURNS

 

No Quibble Returns Policy. Just return your item within 7 days.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days and we will be more than happy to refund the purchase price. You must let us know you are returning the item.  You will be required to pay for the return postage. The items must be in their original condition complete with any packaging.

Please return the items to the below address, wrapped and in their original condition along with a note of your ebay user id. The items must in re-sellable condition.

If you would like to exchange an item, please complete the BUY IT NOW & make payment for the item required. We will then despatch these to you. In the meantime please return the item no longer required to us, in their new and boxed condition along with a note of your ebay user id stating that you require a refund of the item price.
